Dispatch & Processing
We ship daily from our Melbourne warehouse and aim to deliver fast, safely, and reliably.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In most cases, we aim to dispatch orders the same or next business day after receiving payment.
During major sale events, dispatch may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you receive a faulty product, you may request a return or replacement under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer than standard estimates due to distance and courier availability.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 days from the dispatch date, contact us immediately at support@groundingmat.com.au with your order number so we can assist with the courier.

Courier investigations can only be raised within a limited timeframe. Notifying us promptly gives us the best chance to locate your parcel or arrange a solution. If we are notified after 10 days, the courier may refuse to allow an investigation to begin, which may limit our ability to offer a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery status so we can help investigate with the courier. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
