Returns & Refund Policy

100-Day Risk-Free Trial

Our 100-Day Risk-Free Trial applies only to grounding mats purchased from www.groundingmat.com.au. The 100-day trial applies only to Grounding & Earthing Mats. All other products listed below are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Request a refund within 100 days of delivery if not satisfied
  • Product must be in original condition — clean, free from scratches, damage, misuse, or alterations
  • Original packaging required

How it works

  • Use the grounding mat during the 100 days (up to 8 hours daily recommended)
  • Allow at least 60 days of consistent use before deciding, as wellness benefits may take time

Conditions

  • Valid for first-time purchases only
  • Different products in one order allowed; not multiple quantities of the same product
  • Change-of-mind returns must be sent by the customer at their own cost
  • Refunds apply to the product value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    Complimentary items are not refundable on their own

Exclusions

This 100-day trial does not apply to bulk or wholesale purchases. Bulk purchases are defined as any single order containing 6 or more items or a total order value exceeding AUD $1,000 (before discounts). These high-volume orders fall outside the scope of our trial policy.

Not covered under the 100 days

To ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless required under Australian Consumer Law: Grounding Bedsheet, Grounding Patches, Grounding Rod, Replacement Grounding Rod, Grounding Blanket, Body Volt Kit, Testers and accessories (if sold separately), and complimentary items provided in kits.

Free Gift with Purchase:
From time to time, we may include a complimentary gift with eligible orders. Please note that free gifts are not covered under our return policy and cannot be returned on their own. If you return an item from an order that included a free gift, the gift must also be returned unused and unopened. If the free gift is not returned or has been used, its recommended retail value (RRP) may be deducted from your refund.

7-Day Return (Unused Items Only)

  • Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are sent by the customer at their own cost. Refunds apply to the product value only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale / Final Sale Items

Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • We will cover return shipping for approved faulty or incorrect items.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, intentional actions, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Warranty

Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • If faulty due to materials or workmanship, we will provide a free replacement.
  • Warranty applies to the mat and cord only. Testers are not included.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer refunds or exchanges for eligible returns in line with this policy.
    Refunds
  • Refunds are for the product value only.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except where required for faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for faulty or damaged items.
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • For approved exchanges, we cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Delivery & Missing Orders

  • If your order has not been received within 10 days of dispatch, contact us immediately at support@groundingmat.com.au with your order number.
  • If you don't notify us within this period, we may be unable to investigate with the courier, and the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Not Returnable

Gift cards, Complimentary items on their own, Items damaged due to misuse, Used items outside the 100-day guarantee
