Shipping policy
We ship daily from our Melbourne warehouse, delivering with pride in our fast, safe, and reliable shipping services.
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Products are shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders the same or the next business day after receiving payment.
**During major sale events, there may be slight delays due to higher order volumes. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible!**
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped from the warehouse. However, if you receive a faulty product, you may raise a return request.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note: Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer than standard shipping estimates. While we strive for timely deliveries, factors such as distance and courier availability can extend transit times. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If your package is marked as delivered but has yet to be received, contact us for assistance.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the date it was dispatched, please contact us within this period so we can lodge an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations can only be opened within a limited timeframe, so notifying us promptly gives us the best chance to locate your parcel or arrange a solution.
If we are notified after 14 days, the courier may not allow an investigation to be started, which may limit our ability to assist with a replacement or refund.
Please note: once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
