Refund policy

7 Days Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on all our products. You have seven days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, free of scratches or damages and in its original packaging.

To start the return process, please get in touch with us at support@groundingmat.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Certain items, such as gift cards or items marked as final sale, may not be refundable.

100 Days Money Back Challenge

We are confident in the benefits of our grounding mats, so we offer a 100-day money-back Challenge. If you are not completely satisfied with your grounding mat within 100 days of purchase, you can return it for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, free of scratches or damages and in its original packaging.

How it works:

  1. Trial Period: Use the grounding mat for 8 hours daily throughout this period to see the benefits from the date of purchase.
  2. Satisfaction Guarantee: If unsatisfied, email us your Order ID  and reason to initiate a return, and we'll guide you from there.
  3. Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition, free from scratches or damages.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. 
  • This offer is valid for first-time purchases only. The 100 Days Money Back Challenge applies to different products within the same order. However, if the order contains multiple quantities of the same product, it will not be eligible for the challenge.
  • This offer is available if purchased from our website, www.groundingmat.com.au. Purchased from elsewhere doesn't apply to this offer.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched from our store by emailing us your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@groundingmat.com.au. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Claims must be made within seven days of receiving the item.

Please note that damages caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional actions are not covered under our policy, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

Warranty

Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues due to faulty materials or craftsmanship within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, intentional actions, or normal wear and tear. Warranty applies for mat and cord. Testers are not included in the warranty.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team. Please note:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The item must be returned in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement. If the damage is caused by improper use or handling by the customer, the item will not be eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange a faulty or damaged item for the same product, please email us to arrange the exchange. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. If the item is approved for replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only full-priced items are eligible for refunds)
